Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has announced the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel.

John Duffey, who previously worked for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and Dade Behring Inc., will serve as Chief Financial Officer for the group.

Lance Balk, who also worked for both companies, will join Six Flags as General Counsel.

Former Chief Financial Officer Jeffery Speed left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Both changes have been issued with immediate effect.
